Quartsons’ VFM assessment services involve evaluating the Effectiveness, Efficiency and Economy of large public procurement contracts (e.g. Hydro Power Projects, roads, schools) with respect to price competitiveness, appropriateness of contractual terms and the suitability of the proposed Supplier or Contractor to execute the contract. Quartsons support in negotiations between the contracting parties based on the outcome of the assessment.
