Facilitators

Rita Krampah is a Corporate trainer and a Customer Services and Relationship Management Consultant, with over 20 Rita is the General Manager of Paradyse Homecare for the elderly years in banking which is a subsidiary of Paradyse Clinic at Ejisu. She is also a British Council-GIZ trainer and entrepreneurship coach at Hapaspace and FabHub Ashanti, Kumasi. She is a training facilitator at NBU Hub, Asokore Mampong, and an Ultimate FM High School Mentor. She is also a relationship counsellor and emotional intelligence consultant.

Lord Mensah is a Senior lecturer of the department of Finance at the University of Ghana Business School, Legon. He holds a PhD in Applied Economics-Finance from the University of Antwerp, Belgium and an MSc in Financial Mathematics from the University of Kaiserslautern, Germany Dr. Lord Mensah has lectured at the University of Antwerp in

Investment Analysis and Advance Empirical Finance. He has also worked as a Visiting Lecturer in Corporate /Managerial Finance at GIMPA School of Business.

Lord has presented at many international conferences, including World Finance conference (Portugal), Swiss Society for Financial Market Research conference (Switzerland) and Eastern and Mid West Finance conferences both in the (USA).

Aside his publications, he has a lot of working papers to his credit.

Ama Duncan is the Founder of The Fabulous Woman Network (The FWN) where she conducts activities which help African women in business planning, execution, and achievement of their goals.

Ama has over 15 years experience in Human Resources Development and is the Founder of Corporate Training Solutions (CTS) through which she has trained over 2000 professionals. She coaches and mentors women and youth, speaks on radio, Ama is the author of Yarns of Inspiration i and Networking Made television and in conferences Easy. She is an Access Bank W Ambassador and a 2017 Mandela Washington Fellow.

Paul Osei is an astute and experienced Program/Project/Operations and Business Management Consultant with a solid background in Business initiatives. Contracts Management and Procurement, Change Management Business Process Re-Engineering and Enterprise Operations. His proven Program/Project Management skills include Benefits Realization Planning. Risk Management, Negotiations, People Management, Restoring Project Objectives and Operations. Paul holds an Executive MBA from the Middlesex University. London. He has certification from PRINCE2 Foundation and other certifications in PMI (Tools and Concepts) and MSP (Managing Successful Programs).

Cyril Edem Agbomson is currently the Chief Operating Officer at Ecocapital investment Management Limited. He has served in Finance & Administrative management roles in G & Technical Services Ltd and Lifeline Asset Management Ltd. He has worked with Baker Tilly Chartered Accountants as an Audit Manager, SAS Finance Group and Andah and Andah, He holds an MBA from University of Wolverhampton, United Kingdom. Cyril is a member of the Association of Chartered Certified Accountants (ACCA). He holds the Ghana Security Industry Course Certificate of the Ghana Stock Exchange. He has over fifteen years (15) combined experience in his professional career in the areas of Business, Accounting, Audit and Finance.

Benjamin Ebo Danste is a lawyer and a mediator. 

He is an Associate of Bentsi-Enchill, Letsa & Ankomah. He has more than 3 years legal experience in Criminal and Civil Litigation representing both local and international clients.

Ebo holds an LLM (Master of Laws: IT & Telecommunication Law) from the University of Strathclyde. He is a barrister and solicitor of the Supreme Court of Ghana.

Conrad Kakraba is the Executive Director of Heritage Christian University College. He taught Communication in the Business and Law Faculties of GIMPA and worked with the Ghana Broadcasting Corporation (GBC) as a Reporter, Newscaster, Editor, Programme Producer/Host and Commentator. He is also the CEO of The Conrado Group (which is into media public relations, training, and capacity building) and has consulted for different organisations, and individuals. He is a Personal Development Coach, motivational speaker, and an author. He has spoken at over 200 business, youth, student, and church programmes across the country and is currently reading his Ph.D. in Business Administration (Communication and Media Management) from Open University of Malaysia (through Accra Institute of Technology, AIT).

Sylvia Bartels-Asiamah is a corporate leader and entrepreneur with over 18 years in the hospitality industry both in Ghana and abroad.

She is a trainer and coach with excellent communication and relationship building skills and has vast experience in hospitality management rendering services to Marriott Hotels (UK). Novotel Hotels (Ghana & UK). Copthorne Tara Hotel (Kensington, UK) and Movenpick Hotels

Sylvia is currently the Founder and CEO of Emerge Consulting Limited. She is also involved in other enterprises in various capacities including SavvyWoman Network Africa (Founder). Hospitality Awards Ghana (Member, Selection Board).
